The Studio, its protocols, methodology, agent orchestration, quality controls, and verification procedures are the intellectual property of Mick Yates / LeaderValues Ltd. and are protected under UK Trade Secrets Regulations 2018, the US Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836), and the EU Trade Secrets Directive (EU 2016/943).

All content on mickyates.com and studio.mickyates.com — including text, design, graphics, and trademarks — is © 2026 Mick Yates / LeaderValues Ltd. unless otherwise stated. No material may be reproduced without prior written permission, except where explicitly licensed.

Analytical outputs generated by The Studio may be used by members in their own work with appropriate attribution to The Studio / Mick Yates / LeaderValues Ltd. Members may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or disclose the underlying methodology.

2. Privacy

We respect individual privacy. We do not share personal information with third parties without mutual agreement.

The Studio collects only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

  • Username and hashed password for authentication
  • Inquiry questions entered during sessions

We do not retain, store, or analyse the content of member inquiry sessions beyond what is necessary to generate outputs within that session. Uploaded documents (where applicable) are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers after the session ends.

We do not operate a mailing list or send marketing communications without explicit consent.

3. Cookies

studio.mickyates.com uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you logged in during a session. These cookies are not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

mickyates.com may use cookies for standard WordPress site administration and anonymous traffic analytics. This usage is compliant with UK Data Protection law and EU GDPR.

5. Data & AI Processing

Inquiry questions entered into The Studio are processed via the Anthropic API. By using The Studio, members acknowledge that their inquiry text is transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing in accordance with Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not transmit personally identifiable information to the API beyond the text of the inquiry itself.

The Studio does not use member inquiry content to train AI models.

6. Agent Simulations

Named agents within The Studio (e.g. “Aristotle”) are software-based simulations — AI systems processing textual patterns from published works. They are not the views of named individuals or any living person of the same name. No attribution to any real person, living or dead, should be inferred.

Use of this website and any dispute arising from it is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
