Acceptable Use Policy

The Studio is a structured analytical tool for legitimate academic, professional, and strategic inquiry. Access is granted to named, authorised individuals only.

Permitted use includes: philosophical and ethical analysis; strategic and business intelligence; scenario planning; academic research into any topic including sensitive subjects where the purpose is understanding, not facilitation.

Prohibited use includes: using The Studio to plan, facilitate, or conduct illegal activities of any kind; generating or accessing illegal content including child sexual abuse material; obtaining operational instructions for weapons, explosives, or harmful substances; circumventing legal or ethical constraints under the guise of research framing; using The Studio’s analytical outputs to cause harm to identifiable individuals or groups.

The distinction that governs this policy is between studying something and enabling it. The Studio supports the former. It does not support the latter, regardless of how a request is framed.

All AI interactions (via API) are governed by ANTHROPIC’S USAGE POLICIES, which apply by incorporation into The Studio. Accounts found in breach of this policy will be suspended without notice.
